  • No, we are a smoke free community.

  • Pet rent is $35/per pet/per month unless the pet is an ESA/Emotional Support Animal with proof of documentation.

  • Yes, we have controlled fob access systems for our property, individual apartments, and our secure garage.

  • Reserved Parking is $275/month and roughly 20% of our spaces are equipped with EV chargers. Per-spot rates are the same between standard and EV spots except for electricity usage fees if using an EV charger. Motorcycle parking is $150/month, and bicycle storage is free to use!

Application Process

  • Optional storage unit rentals are $25/month, but there’s no other surprise fees due at move in.

  • Just your prorated rent and remainder of your security deposit (if applicable)!

  • You must fill out a complete application online and pay the relevant application fees ($58 screening fee per applicant, and $300 holding deposit for standard units, or a $99 holding deposit for MFTE units).

  • No, we do not offer short term leases.

  • Typically 48 hours but it can vary depending on individual screening.

  • You must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent otherwise an increased security deposit may be needed. Guarantors need to make at least 4 times the monthly rent. 

Resident Life

  • You may pay with a check or online on our resident portal, Entrata, using ACH or credit/debit card.

  • Yes! Renters insurance is required, otherwise a $25 non-compliance fee will be added every month until renters insurance is acquired.

  • If you are locked out during office hours, just come down and let the leasing office know, if you are locked out after hours, you will need to call the after hours number 509.707.8313.

  • You will submit your maintenance requests to our team via our resident portal.

  • Yes, we have maintenance on-site M-F.

  • You are responsible for your guests and they must be accompanied by you at all times.

  • Electricity and water usage are individually metered, and electric bills through Seattle City Lights will arrive by mail while water bills are posted to your resident portal.

  • Yes, you will need to sort your recycling and garbage.
