Yes, we have controlled fob access systems for our property, individual apartments, and our secure garage.
- What is the parking fee?
Reserved Parking is $275/month and roughly 20% of our spaces are equipped with EV chargers. Per-spot rates are the same between standard and EV spots except for electricity usage fees if using an EV charger. Motorcycle parking is $150/month, and bicycle storage is free to use!

Optional storage unit rentals are $25/month, but there’s no other surprise fees due at move in.

You must fill out a complete application online and pay the relevant application fees ($58 screening fee per applicant, and $300 holding deposit for standard units, or a $99 holding deposit for MFTE units).
